Little Leaping Leprechauns

When did I start loving coffee? It's so strange, it's like one day I hated it passionately and the next day I'm requiring it's steaming caffeinated goodness. Perhaps it's merely a rite of passage into adulthood much like the acquired taste for wine or peas. I'm still not fully grown because I officially continue to hate peas. Lately, I've been on a miniature health kick. I'm not sure how that ties into coffee. Any-how, I've been drinking a lot more water then ever before and I'm feeling rejuvenated! I've heard that drinking only water is actually a better energy replenisher than energy drinks themselves. I always that it was BS though, how could water take the place of chemically engineered heart racing ingredients? Then I realized... God made water so it's pretty much the sh**. Along with drinking more healthy fluids (which includes limiting my best friend Dr. Pepper) I have also been trying to eat healthier and add a significant amount of protein back in my diet aka. the nectar. It seems to be paying off.

It seems that whenever I have the urge to discuss my life via blog I am always in a state of muscular impairment, by that I mean... I am sore. I worked my heinie off Wednesday. In fact, I went to 3 different gyms in one day. Now, don't get all crazy and think I'm a psycho gym-aholic. It was my half day and I had a doctor's appt. over by Bally's so... for old times sake I decided to enter the dark ancient abyss of a gym. It smelt of old workout clothes, it hasn't changed since 1985, the same creepers on the machines, dirty, old, and did I mention smelly? Maybe more musky... anyhow I got a phenomenal workout there actually. The upstairs women's section will forever motivate me. I then met up with Becca at GB3 for more gym time... and then we hit up a class at Gold's. So ya it was an intense day... and I'm still sore and cramping up from it.

God works in mysterious amazing ways. It's so crazy to see how things pan out, it's such a cool experience when you understand the reasons behind things... and finally know that everything does happen for a reason.

I am so over FSU Football... I think I've been over it since... always.

Damn reduced fat wheat thins... taste like cardboard.
