Today I was dreadfully not looking forward to moving from my spot in bed. The last few nights I hadn't been sleeping peacefully and only really getting some good REM sleep in the hours just before I was supposed to be up. I think my mind has just been moving quickly since I've started reading so much. My days are very much filled with lots of things to do so I haven't had much time to relax much at all anyway.
Nonetheless, I made it to class bright and early. As I was waiting for my second class of the day I completely finished Twilight and I was desperate to get my hands on the second book New Moon. I decided to check out the bookstore on campus not getting my hopes up. They unfortunately didn't have New Moon but they had the last book, Breaking Down for 25% off... so I was undoubtedly SOLD. I bought it and as doing so the guy behind the counter told me New Moon was selling out quickly. I called my mom to see if she would run over to Target to grab the second book for me. My second class passed by and she hadn't made it there yet so in my little break I ran over to Target myself. Lol. They were completely sold out of the second and last book so I bought the very last of the third book, Eclipse.
So I left Target, I had the last two books but still in dire need of the second one! Hehe... I called over to Borders and they were basically out of everything. I called Barnes and Noble and finally they had a few of the second book left, I put one on hold for Becca and I :o) I went straight over to get mine and then popped on over to work for the day. Yay! I'm almost half way done with New Moon. So that's my little story over my infatuation with these awesome books. I can't wait to see what I'll be reading once I've finished them all.
Right now I'm just in night class disappointed with my dang Macbook... for some reason it will only work when the charger is attached to it but the charger is failing to even charge! Luckily my friend Evan works for Mac so he will be able to help me out with this trouble. I love my MAC!!!!
OH i absolutely CANNOT wait to get settled in our new place so I can not worry about saving all my money for a deposit and first and second month's rent... LOL. I'm so ready for our little vacation to Tahoe and the SNOW! And of course then Brandon's bday, Valentine's Day...then Ireland in June!!! Ireland! I am totally and completely going off on tangents.
Man, tomorrow is gonna a very long day! I have to be up early to work the Home Tour (benefiting Children's Hospital) in the morning before work. Then I have to work till closing and somewhere in between I need to find meatballs, toothpicks, and a $10 gift for our work Christmas Party tomorrow night. LOL> Unfortunately Brandon has to work later tomorrow night so we can't stay long but it will still be fun!
