I have now been a Personal Banker at Bank of America since July 2010. I was officially put in my position in the far part of town since September 2010, cranking out numbers, dealing with customers, and working my little butt off till I'm completely drained. It's definitely been a challenging experience but I'm really starting to learn to cope with the stress of an intense high pressure work atmosphere and becoming more appreciative of sales and service; a greater understanding of my job and how I can actually help people become financially successful. I have to look at my job as helping people everyday otherwise I start to lose sight of what why I'm actually there. It has it's ups and downs and I'm working hard to be as successful as possible. Bank of America is a great company and my sights are set for the top, maybe not the top of rankings but successful in the higher positions which I can attain. I know God put me here for a reason and I can only pray that my current position lends me assets and skills for the future :o)
