E.R Drama

Today started off with an interesting twist or shall I say a nice 4 hour extravaganza in the E.R. Brandon woke up around 4am to head to the gym before going to the Academy for the day (his new routine, lol). When he woke up he began to experience an excruciating pain in his stomach. He's been having a pain in his stomach for a while now but nothing like this. He said it was very sharp, he went to take shower to feel better and he felt like he was going to throw up and faint. I found him on the floor in our room and decided enough is enough, he needed to go to the hospital! ASAP. We rushed to St. Agnes (which I will never do again). I should have known it would take forever since the last time Brandon got an allergic reaction where his throat swelled up and was driven by ambulance there and we waiting so long that by the time anything happened he was fine again!

We got there about 5:45am and we sat for a while. He was called back and was finally given a urine test, blood test, and ultrasound. After the tests one would think getting the results should be fairly simple, I mean there is like one person for each dang task there is in the hospital. (a person to fill out papers, a person to give the ultrasound, a person to read the ultrasound, a person to collect the urine, a person to analyze the urine, a person to read the analysis, a person to take blood, a person to run the blood, a person to read the analysis of that blood, ahhh ridiculous). While Brandon was taking his tests I was in charge of calling the Academy to let them know the situation. It was also about 7:30am and I had an appointment to get my car windows tinted at 8am!!! I called the tint place and no answer, my mom was supposed to meet me there so she could drive me to work. I called her and told her the situation as well.

Brandon told me to go ahead and go to my appointment... but then we would haven't a vehicle to get home in. So my mom ended up meeting me at the tint shop, taking me back to my apartment to pick up Brandon's truck, and then I took his vehicle back to the hospital to wait for another two hours... Finally we got the results which concluded that there was nothing wrong with any of his tests. As much as it was good that he was healthy we were both a little upset that there wasn't an answer for his pain. They told us that he most likely is experiencing an irritation of the stomach lining that could become and ulcer. They began his final checkup and took his vitals. Brandon really freaked the nurse out because his heart rate was in the upper 30's which is abnormally LOW. She called the Doctor and they did an EKG and found out that his heart was absolutely fine. We were exhausted and fed up... Brandon was feeling better so we to grab lunch and then I had to be dropped off at work since my car was in the shop getting tinted.

I worked all day and when I got home Brandon looked awful, he had a horrible migraine and muscle pains. He was worried that he might have a bleeding ulcer which was causing his fatigue and low heart rate. Anyway, he is supposed to go back to the doctor so hopefully he does. I would really love to have this all figured out and better!

Anyway, my car turned out nicely. I wish I could have gone a little darker but then I'd be pushing it! A ticket in the future lol.
